Tech Director / Senior Programmer  (£70k / shares)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technical process and technology within the Studio.

• Provide strategic technical planning and direction.

• Accountable for technical design; influence overall architecture; ensure design is reviewed.

• Accountable for code quality; ensure code is cross platform, reusable, testable and reviewed.

• Oversee all internal and external project dependencies, risks and critical paths;

• Ensure technical contingency; recommend and approve timelines; understand impact on stakeholders.

• Drive engineer recruiting; work with HR/Recruiting to hire top talent.

Junior Programmer (£25k / benefits)
